By using this website or requesting services from Creek Auto Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a service request.

Service requests and estimates

A website submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Availability, scope, parts, timing, location eligibility, and pricing must be confirmed by Creek Auto Care. Estimates may change if inspection reveals different conditions; we will seek your approval before performing additional work.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate vehicle, contact, and location information; ensure lawful access to the vehicle; disclose known hazards or relevant damage; and remain available for approvals. The service location must provide a reasonably safe and legal work area.

Payments and cancellations

Payment terms will be presented with your confirmed service. If plans change, contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or cancel. Any applicable charge will be disclosed before you confirm service.

Vehicle condition and limitations

Some work may require a shop, specialized equipment, parts, or further diagnosis. We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, the repair is outside our capabilities, or continuing could damage the vehicle.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. Site content is general information and does not replace an in-person vehicle inspection. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or forms.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Creek Auto Care is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or delays outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by Colorado law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
